RETURN and REFUND Policy

Cancellation & Return Policy

At The Nice Bazaar, we maintain a rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) process to inspect all products before they are packed and shipped. We strive to provide a seamless experience for both our physical decor enthusiasts and our digital language learners.

By completing a purchase on thenicebazaar.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions.


1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (The Ivy Mandarin Courses)

Due to the non-tangible and instant-access nature of digital content, we enforce a strict No-Refund policy to protect our intellectual property:

  • All Sales Are Final: Once the purchase is complete and the digital access link is provided, we strictly do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

  • Definition of "Consumed": Our delivery system (Pandora Digital Downloads) tracks all access logs. Once a download link is clicked or a file is accessed, the product is officially considered "Consumed." Consumed digital products are ineligible for any form of refund.

  • Intellectual Property Protection: Each purchase grants a non-transferable, single-user license for personal use only. Any unauthorized reselling, sharing, or redistribution of The Ivy Mandarin materials is a violation of international copyright laws and will be reported to payment providers (PayPal/Stripe) and relevant legal authorities.

  • Dispute Evidence: In the event of a payment dispute (Chargeback), your unique download history and your explicit agreement to these "All Sales Final" terms during checkout will be submitted as binding evidence to your bank or payment gateway.

2. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (Home & Decor)

  • 30-Day Return Window: Customers may request a return for physical items within 30 days of receiving the product (based on courier records).

  • Return Conditions: To be eligible, items must be in their original condition: unused, in original packaging, and with all trademarks/tags intact. If an item is damaged or affects secondary sales, the return will be rejected.

  • Return Logistics: For "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Pre-Shipping: Orders for stock items can be canceled for a full refund as long as they have not been shipped.

  • Custom/Made-to-Order Items: Cancellations are not accepted for custom-sized or specialty products once production has commenced.

  • Post-Shipping: Once an order is handed to the carrier, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Return Policy.

4. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR MIS-SHIPPED ITEMS

  • Reporting: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email service@thenicebazaar.com within 14 days of delivery.

  • Requirements: You must include your order number, a brief description, and clear photographs of the issue.

  • Shipping Damage: If the package was damaged during transit, you must obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from the delivery carrier to support your claim.

5. REFUND PROCESS

  • Approval: Refunds are only issued after our customer service team verifies that the return meets all policy requirements.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
